A man who wants to be photographed for the project, will send a message by e-mail to the address whoisarabwhoisjewish@gmail.com or by WhatsApp message to the number +972547153933 along with the following details: full name, age  and a selfie photo. Professional photo is not required.

The initiators of the open call will contact the candidate, may he be suitable for the project. The decision on suitability for the project is subject to the artistic considerations of the initiators of the open call. The reader and the candidate will not have a claim regarding non-suitability for the project, for any reason whatsoever.

Only appropriate inquiries will be answered.

 

Project photography:

To the extent that a candidate is deemed suitable, at the sole discretion of the initiators of the open call, a date and location for the candidate's photo will be determined. The candidate undertakes to arrive at the time and location that is determined and is aware that failure to arrive may cause damages and costs to the initiators of the calling voice.

The duration of the photography will be determined in advance and by agreement.

The candidate knows and understands that the photograph could also include a video and speech recording, if the initiators of the open call see it as needed, and the conditions detailed in this document are valid for both photography and video recording.

The candidate knows and understands that he will not receive any remuneration for the photograph, including reimbursement of expenses, rewards or any remuneration resulting from the photograph itself or its publication.

The initiators of the open call reserve the right, even after the photo is taken, to decide on incompatibility with the project. In such a case, the candidate will be informed that his image will not be included in the project and any plea or claim regarding his incompatibility with the project will not be met.

 

Using the project component image:

 

The candidate grants to the initiators of the open call an irrevocable, exclusive, general worldwide permission without payment of royalties and without limitation during the use of the image that allows: a) modification, editing, copying, reproduction and adapting the image to the format required for product pages on the Internet and for marketing purposes; b) Publication and use of the photograph and the candidate's name next to the photograph, in any type of media including, but not limited to digital and electronic, computers and audiovisual media. The  permission is valid worldwide, in every language without notice and/or receipt of approval and/or payment of consideration. For the avoidance of doubt, it is made clear that the initiators of the open call will not have the right to use the image outside of the scope of the project and its promotion.
